The historic Floral Park and West Floral Park neighborhoods of Santa Ana are two of Orange County’s most desirable areas. Located in the 92706 zip code of north central Santa Ana they feature hundreds of beautiful one-of-kind vintage custom homes built in the first half of the 20th century.

There are a number of different architectural styles represented, along with beautifully manicured yards and gardens. The eclectic style sets it apart from other areas of Southern California dominated by mass-produced cookie-cutter development communities.

This idyllic neighborhood truly is a “Hidden Gem” in the heart of Orange County.

A SENSE OF COMMUNITY

Floral Park and West Floral Park are prestigious neighborhoods known for their distinctive and diverse architecture. Once made up of avocado, orange, and walnut groves, today the Floral Park neighborhoods are two of the most established in Orange County.

The Floral Park Neighborhood Association actively works to preserve the historic integrity and significance of the homes while providing a sense of community and tradition.

The association is also committed to supporting its local students and organizations with generous scholarships and grants funded in large part by the annual Home and Garden Tour.

HISTORIC HOMES

Victorian mansions from the early 1900s to mid-century modern houses from the 1950s can be found in the Historic District, which is home to a wide and well-preserved mix of different architectural styles.

There is a large number of homes built during the Revival era of post-World War 1 California. Many popular Revival styles such as Spanish Colonial, Norman Cottage, Tudor, Colonial Revival, Mission Style, Craftsman, Mediterranean, Monterey, Italian Renaissance, Neoclassical, French Eclectic, Prairie, Modernistic, Minimal Traditional, Ranch, Tiki Modern and Split-Level can be found.

Over 100 of the homes are currently registered on the Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties.
